LSJM to commission articles on orthopaedics
The surgery section of the London Student Journal of Medicine is looking to commision articles based on the following topics!
* Approaching a hip replacement - pre-operative assessment of the surgical patient.
* Surgical techniques and the hip.
* Rehabilitation of the post-surgical patient (using hip replacement as an example).
* Profiles of Orthopaedic surgeons who advocate a particular technique in hip replacement e.g. robotic/navigation/traditional.
* Anatomy of the hip.
* History of the development of hip replacements (focussing on one particular type e.g. Stanmore, Charnley).
