Surgical Careers Day - Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh
The Royal College of Surgeons is running an undergraduate day on the 22nd of March 2010. The event will run from about 9.30am until 4.30pm and is FREE to attend. This event is always very popular amongst medical students interested in a career in surgery.
The morning session will involve a series of lectures from consultants on a verity of topics and specialties. The afternoon will consist of practical skills sessions, interactive discussions, speciality stands and a tour of the College Museum.
Attendance at these courses look good on CVs and gives you a great opportunity to get some career guidance.
