Imperial College Undergraduate Surgical Conference 2010
The Surgical Society of Imperial College School of Medicine (ICSM) is hosting it's annual Surgical Conference. The event involves those attending presenting a poster on their research.
The ICSM Surgical Society would like to invite medical students from the United Kingdom and EU to the Undergraduate Conference.
Abstracts may be submitted under the following categories:
A. Research Presentations
B. Case Presentations
C. Preclinical students poster presentations
A medal and cash prize will be awarded to the winning research and case presentations. The prize also includes journal publication of the winning research and case presentation.
Winners in the preclinical medical students section will be awarded a cash prize.
This category is open to competition from all sixth form students from the UK.

Entry into the competition is free of charge.
Students who are short-listed in the Research Presentation Category will be invited to design a poster or deliver an oral presentation which will be presented at the event.
Preclinical students will be invited to present a poster presentation on the designated topic.
The deadline for the submission of abstracts is Friday, 26th March 2010. We will endeavour to notify selected students of our decision by 1st April 2010.

All students are welcome and encouraged to attend this conference, even if they are not submitting an entry. Entry as a delegate is free.
All delegates to the Undergraduate Surgical Conference will be provided with certificates of attendance for portfolio and CV purposes.
If you wish to register as a delegate, please email surgical.soc@imperial.ac.uk your name, medical school and year of study and include in the subject title DELEGATE ICUSC 2010 . We will acknowledge receipt of your confirmation to attend the conference within 24 hours.
